Viva! Vision has developed a feature rich slideshow wireframe application that can be re-skinned to handle any brand of content. The wireframe, Phoenix, organizes images or videos into slideshows that are placed into categories that are displayed on a mobile device. The images, videos, slideshows and categories are all dynamic, meaning they can be changed on a refresh schedule. Most of our applications are refreshed on a weekly basis, changing out 40 to 80 images each time.
Phoenix also offers optional features to be added to an application. This includes a rating feature designed to rate each image and display that rating with the image; a head to head category that is designed to showcase multiple slideshows and give the end user the chance to vote on which one they prefer; and a favorites category that allows an end user to save images to a favorites folder that retains the image after a refresh.
Phoenix is published on BREW, BREW MP, J2ME and Blackberry and is currently being ported to Android, iOS and Windows for distribution in each of these marketplaces.
